Every Month you will receive either a heartfelt Letter, a Postcard or a Zine from Ananthara. Sometimes hidden treasures awaits, in Form of QR Codes that grants you secret Insights into the History and Characters of Ananthara, or special Tips & Reminders for your Mental Health. ⚠️ This Subscription does not include Stickers and Limited Artefacts.
Every Month, you will receive a heartfelt Letter, an Oracle Message for the Month, Mental Health Reminders or/and Art Downloads (Wallpapers, Screensavers etc.) straight into your Inbox. In Addition to that, you get access to the Membership Area, where more Lore and Insights about Ananthara awaits.
Every Month you will receive a heartfelt Letter including some Stickers, Prints, Personal Oracle Readings, reminders for your mental health, Art Tipps and sometimes even secret codex Entries from the Wyldheart Chronicles. In Addition to that, you will get Access to Membership Area, with news, codex Entries and more Insights on Ananthara and my creative Projects.

If you would like to subscribe to either the Offline or Limited Mail Club, there are some things you should consider.
Offline & Limited Subscription Period: To Gain the January Letter, you should consider subscribing between the 1st - 18th of the Month.
All Letters Will be sent out by the 20th each Month. All Subscriptions after that will receive their for the Following Month.
e.g. you subscribed on the 18th December you will get your Letter for January
If you subscribed on the 21 December, you will get the Letter for February.

Your Subscription will be billed every month via PayPal, the day you did subscribe.
Notice: Due to Holiday Season, your January letters will be send by the beginning of the Month. All orders are shipped with DHL (and their international partners) in environmentally friendly packaging.

January Letters are the exception and will be send out by the beginning of the Month, due to Holiday Seasons.
Subscriber fees are charged monthly by Stripe. To view, change, or cancel your subscriptions, click here.
StampFans will never share your address with anyone. We will not use your address for any purpose other than to send mail from StampFans creators to which you’re subscribed.

Die Briefe werden am letzten Werktag jedes Kalendermonats versandt. Das bedeutet, wenn Sie sich irgendwann nach Mitternacht des 1. des Monats (CEST) anmelden, wird Ihr Brief am letzten Tag dieses Monats versandt.

Die Ananthara Mail wird am letzten Werktag jedes Monats per normaler Post (ohne Sendungsverfolgung) verschickt. Wenn Sie in Deutschland leben, kommen Briefe in den größeren Städten in der Regel innerhalb von einer Woche an.
Wenn Sie im Ausland leben, kann es bis zu 15 Werktage dauern, bis die Briefe ankommen.
Wenn Sie Ihren Brief innerhalb von vier Wochen nach Versand noch nicht erhalten haben, wenden Sie sich bitte per E-Mail an info@wyldheartstudio.com

Um Ihre Adresse bei StampFans zu ändern, melden Sie sich bei Ihrer StampFans Stripe-Kontoverwaltungsseite an, wo Sie Ihre Rechnungsdaten, einschließlich Ihrer Adresse, jederzeit aktualisieren können.

Letters are sent on the last business day of each calendar month. Usually around the 20th every Month.

The Letters is sent by regular mail (without tracking) on the last business day of each month. If you live in Germany, letters usually arrive within a week in larger cities.
If you live abroad, it can take up to 15 business days for letters to arrive.
If you have not received your letter within four weeks of dispatch, please contact us by email at info@wyldheartstudio.com.

To change your address with StampFans, log in to your StampFans Stripe Account Management Page, where you can update your billing information, including your address, at any time.
For any other Subscription, You can update your address and payment details at any time in the customer portal under your account, and you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time via Paypal. If you need help with this, please contact info@wyldheartstudio.com.

The Mail Club is billed on the same day of the month that you originally signed up. So if you sign up on July 15, you will be billed on August 15, September 15, and so on! If you want to cancel your subscription, all you have to do is do so before your next billing period.
